The Microsoft 365 product range presents a significant challenge to customer clarity, especially within the confines of a cluttered instore retail environment where decision fatigue is high. My brief was to eradicate this friction. I led a team of UX/UI designers to conceptualise and build a personalised product selector. By intelligently enquiring about the customer’s unique circumstances, this digital tool cuts through the complexity of the subscription models, dramatically simplifying the decision journey and ensuring that customers purchase the precise M365 product that is right for their specific needs.
