Catholic Healthcare

I led the experience design team on a comprehensive website uplift for Catholic Healthcare, managing the process from initial discovery right through to deployment. The core challenge we addressed was enabling effortless service discovery; users needed an effective way to explore Catholic Healthcare’s extensive and high-quality network of facilities. Our solution involved designing and implementing a personalised, location-based search experience, a critical component built upon the Optimizely/Episerver CMS, utilising Optimizely Fluent Search and integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
