AI Workflow Integration
Personalisation at scale
Some of the solutions include generative AI for image manipulation (upscaling, retouching, extension) and driving data-driven versioning via product feeds. Other examples include the platforms ability to rollout banners, emails, and even catalogues requiring CMYK exports. As a team we worked on automated digital optimisation, and seamless DAM integration, allowing creative teams to dramatically scale output without compromising precision.
- The platform delivered radical efficiency gains across major brands.
- For Qantas, asset production time for a complex campaign was reduced from 3 weeks to 1 day (368 deliverables).
- For Myer, campaign rollout time was cut from days to minutes.
- For Dan Murphy’s, the production of a multi-regional catalogue (45 pages/300+ variations) was reduced from 12 weeks to under 4 weeks, empowering creative teams to achieve massive scale and complexity rapidly.

Myer Challenge
Across 3 weeks, we needed to produce 95 offers, 285 changing variables across 70+ specs. So we looked at how we improve the creative and operational efficiency to manage the scale. Using our rollout tool we built a component library and set up our master templates under the new Myer brand. Our offers, variables and specs were all stored in a spreadsheet which drove the AI to create the versioning requirements across image, copy and format. The campaign rollout now takes minutes rather than days.

Personalisation at scale
Dan Murphy’s catalogue, a 45-page document with regional variations, previously took 12 weeks to produce due to manual workflows. We developed a custom AI-powered tool to extract and transfer field data from existing templates, allowing the client to maintain familiar processes while benefiting from automation. Once the brief is ready, our system can generate 300+ pages in minutes, dramatically reducing manual effort.
