Qantas Christmas Cracker
For Qantas’ Christmas campaign, we created the Qantas Points Cracker, a fun and engaging app activation designed to drive app downloads, increase Frequent Flyer sign-ups, and delight existing members. The campaign involved users popping virtual crackers to win up to 30 million points, with many participants getting involved, resulting in a highly interactive and rewarding experience.




Over 300,000 players entered the experience
10,000 App downloads per day during the campaign period
Overall positive member sentiment about the rewards and the interactive way to play
