The Uluru Statement from the Heart

The Uluru Dialogue is deeply rooted in the sentiment and purpose of the Uluru Statement from the Heart, advocating for a unified and more inclusive future for all Australians. As part of this powerful movement, the digital presence needed to reflect not only the cultural significance of the work, but also drive clarity, accessibility, and impact in its message.

I led the end-to-end design of the website, beginning with in-depth research and stakeholder interviews to gain a deep understanding of the organisation’s vision, user needs, and content goals. Through a structured UX process, I developed wireframes and iterated on user flows to ensure the site was both intuitive and respectful of the story it needed to tell.

 The final delivery included a full suite of custom-designed components and a complete website design system that supported flexibility, scalability, and ease of content management. From structure to visual storytelling, this project was a close collaboration grounded in purpose and led by design empathy.
